Hunter & Charlotte Rice
Founders
Hunter and Charlotte Rice bring extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries to their work together.
Hunter grew up immersed in his family’s custom homebuilding business in San Antonio, Texas. He began by sweeping job sites and gradually took on greater responsibilities, eventually managing the construction of approximately six custom homes each year by his early twenties.
After relocating to San Diego in 2015, Hunter expanded his experience into commercial construction, gaining extensive experience coordinating complex projects and managing skilled trades specializing in framing, drywall, plaster, doors, and architectural metal panels.
Charlotte, a San Diego native, grew up around her family’s real estate investment firm and later joined the company, overseeing construction projects across its portfolio. Her experience managing renovations and improvements strengthened her passion for thoughtfully designed, well-executed spaces.
Hunter and Charlotte met in 2017 and quickly connected over their shared appreciation for construction, design, and improving spaces for others. When they founded their own firm, they were intentional about developing relationships with a select group of trusted trade partners who consistently deliver exceptional craftsmanship. Hunter’s experience across both residential and commercial construction allows the team to recognize quality workmanship, coordinate projects efficiently, and partner with subcontractors who meet their high standards.
Meticulously organized, creative, and approachable, Hunter and Charlotte strive to make every project both efficient and enjoyable while delivering work that reflects their commitment to quality.

Hunter & Charlotte Rice
Founders
Hunter and Charlotte Rice come from vast backgrounds in the construction and real estate industries. Hunter was raised in San Antonio, TX where he was immersed in his family’s custom home building business. Before moving to San Diego in 2015, he worked for his family’s company managing a multitude of custom home builds. Charlotte, a San Diego native, grew up and eventually joined her family’s real estate investment firm where she oversaw all construction projects across their portfolio. Both Hunter and Charlotte fell in love with the fast paced industries and grew a passion for starting a firm of their own. It was fate that they met each other in 2017 and they quickly bonded over their mutual love for improving spaces for others and within their own home. Hunter and Charlotte are both meticulously organized, creative and fun: the key components for an efficient and enjoyable partnership.

We’ve got experience: from our personal home-building journey to the projects we’ve led around San Diego. Construction isn’t our only passion, though. We’re involved members of the community through nonprofits like the Boys and Girls Club.
