While every project is unique, we find it helpful to provide prospective clients with a general understanding of the investment associated with the design-forward, high-quality remodels and additions we specialize in.

Remodeling existing spaces typically starts around $200–$250 per square foot and increases based on the scope of work, level of customization, and material selections. As a general guide, our kitchen remodels typically begin between $125,000–$150,000, primary bathroom remodels around $75,000, and secondary bathroom remodels around $50,000.

Home additions typically start around $650 per square foot, with the final investment varying based on architectural details, site conditions, finishes, and overall project complexity.

Because of our integrated design-build approach, meticulous attention to detail, and highly involved level of client service, we maintain a $75,000 minimum construction investment. This allows our team to dedicate the appropriate resources, oversight, and care to each project from design through completion.
