Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to frequently asked questions about our Interior Design.
What interior design services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive interior design services, from furniture selection to lighting design. This incudes procurement, storage as necessary, and installation. We offer design services standalone or as part of a remodel or construction project.
How much does a typical interior design project in San Diego cost?
Every home calls for a different level of design, so the cost depends on the size of the space, how customized you want it to be, and the selections involved. When design is part of a remodel, our pricing typically starts around $200 to $250 per square foot with a $75,000 minimum construction investment. Reach out and share your vision, and we can help you understand what a project like yours might involve.
Do you specialize in a specific style or aesthetic?
Our design expertise is diverse and our results are tailored to your preferences. We don’t subscribe to one single school of thought when it comes to interiors, however our projects are always guided by the distinctive essence of Southern California style.
Do you offer remodeling and construction services as well as interior design?
We do! In addition to interior design, we offer remodeling services and residential new builds.
How will you tailor your design process to my goals?
We start with a discovery and concept phase to understand your goals, priorities, and how
you use your space. This leads to a concept and design plan. With approval, we’ll finalize details together before moving forward.
This in-depth process includes consultations, to-scale layouts, mood boards, visual renderings and product suggestions to showcase the essence of
your new space.

Thoughtful, Tailored Process
Our process is structured into clear phases, making it easy to collaborate. We offer everything from interior design-only to full design-build services. Unlike a typical GC who sends clients to pick materials themselves, we lead with a design-first approach — creating cohesive, beautiful spaces that enhance your lifestyle and home value.
Local San Diego Experience
We’ve got experience: from our personal home-building journey to the projects we’ve led around San Diego. Construction isn’t our only passion, though. We’re involved members of the community through nonprofits like the Boys and Girls Club.
