This 1969 home was neglected for years and many mechanical systems needed improvement along with a design overhaul. Our goal was to restore it while maintaining mid-century modern design features coupled with transitional upgrades. We did a full roof replacement, replaced all windows and doors, replaced all plumbing including the main sewer line, replaced all surface materials (flooring, tile, etc.), installed custom white oak inset kitchen cabinets, plastered the fireplace, installed a 12ft sliding door off of the dining area, reconfigured the primary bathroom into a spa-like retreat, and fully furnished and accessorized the home.
